One of my very favorite parts of being a photographer is building relationships with families. I love photographing milestones in their lives–the engagement session, then the wedding, followed by anniversaries, kiddos, and birthdays. These Central Park family photos of the Burtons were so special for me to photograph, as I’ve gotten the opportunity to photograph so many amazing moments in their lives already.

When it comes to photographing the littlest of kiddos, I always recommend a 30-minute morning session in a place where it’s easy for the kiddos to run around safely without getting too distracted by other events happening. This 30-minute session was the perfect amount of time to get some really sweet snuggles and some very grand adventures photographed.
