Intimate New York Wedding

I absolutely LOVE photographing intimate weddings. I’m in the process of shifting into a new stage of my photographic career where I’m focusing mainly on elopements in New York, intimate New York weddings that require only one photographer, headshots, and portraits. I’m still going to be taking a very select few larger weddings each year, but my main focus has switched to work I can do by myself. The main reason for this is that Caleb has decided to become a psychologist, and is currently in the process of achieving those goals! I’m super proud of him, and so incredibly excited for him to get to fulfill his dreams after so many years of helping me achieve mine with this studio!

That being said, here’s a fabulous intimate New York wedding that I photographed a few months ago at the 620 Loft and Garden in Rockefeller Center. Katie and Kian booked my 6-hour intimate wedding package with just me as their photographer, and it was such a special day. These two are the most beautiful and kind people. They’re both Irish transplants who fell in love during the pandemic. I love absolutely anything positive that came from that hellish time in the world, so their story makes me so happy!

Their friends and family flew in from all over the globe to celebrate this intimate wedding in the greatest city in the world. The 620 Loft and Garden is one of my favorite places to photograph intimate weddings, and you’ll see exactly why in a moment.
