Wedding at The Foundry
Christine + Adam
Christine + Adam
Caleb and I have a running tally of our top favorite weddings we’ve photographed over the past 15 years of our studio. We’re very private about that list (except for Lia + Herminio’s wedding… everyone knows it’s one of our favorites of all time). But Christine + Adam’s wedding at The Foundry is another wedding we’ve added to that all-time list, and we’re not ashamed to say it.
Every time we shoot a wedding at The Foundry, there’s something magical about it. The Queensboro Bridge backdrop, the rooftop views, the brick interiors, and the incredible lighting are all elements we adore. But Christine and Adam themselves, along with one of our favorite wedding parties and group of guests we’ve gotten to be around is what made this day magical.
It’s always such a pleasure to photograph weddings of friends or family of former couples. When we get to walk into the wedding day already familiar with the group of friends or family, it’s such a treat for us!
Not only that, but the other wedding professionals were just out of this world. Christine got ready at the fabulous suite at the Loews Regency Hotel in the Upper East Side. She wore a dress by the oh-so-perfect Elizabeth Fillmore Bridal. The florals were made by Floresta (who always do the MOST)! The absolutely incredible band was from On The Move Entertainment, who are always fabulous. And the getaway car was the iconic 1970’s checker cab. All in all, this day could not have been better, and we just feel lucky that we got to be a part of it. And I will never apologize for the number of photos included in this post.
